Abbie was super helpful. I went in with the intention of asking only question. Not only did Abbie address my concern, but she went above and beyond to give me helpful tips. As a newbie to shopify and setting all this up, I am very confused navigating through all this. Abbie was kind, helpful and honest. I hope the entire Rivo team is like Abbie, that would be awesome! Like the other Rivo app I use (mailing list pop up) this is super easy to use. The tutorials and help pages are excellent and the customer service is second to none! They are always on hand to do live chat, I was speaking to Betty about setting up my loyalty programme and she was super helpful. Very impressed with the functionality and overall user experience :)

I had Pete to help me out today, he was able to completely increase my customer limit on my store get rid of the 'powered by Rivo' branding at the bottom, and even moved the widget across the screen to not interfere with my other widgets for me.
