I am blown away at how amazing Rivo customer service is. Since starting my small business I have found a lot of B2B apps and services are trying to take advantage of me. Abbie was amazingly patient as I explained what I did wrong and what I needed fixed. Because I was transitioning websites it made things challenging so in haste I deleted a page I shouldn't have. Abbie logged in and solved the problem in like 1 minute max.

So far so good. It was easy to set up and the chat feature within the app was very helpful for the things I did have questions about.
