TYDAL Product Reviews App

It's one of the most useful apps, so we can "re-organize " our selling products. I talked with Sam , he was very helpful not only at the "product reviews" app but he also informed me and about other TYDAL apps.

Great service from Sam, just started using TYDAL but excited to give it a try, and based on the first customer service interaction I have had, I have high hopes the rest of the service will follow. Great app so far.

I've been looking for several review apps on shopify app store, and I can say for sure that this is one of the best free review apps. From customization to mail automation, there are many useful functions built in. Also, the support team was very kind and responded to my requests promptly.

Recently started using TYDAL and I can say, I really appreciate the customer service chat support, it was simple and quick. I talked with Sam, he was very helpful and nice. Looking forward to using TYDAL more after the experience I've had.

Love, love, love it! It just works seamlessly and if you are confused, don't worry because the customer service is the bomb. I don't think i've come accross a better one so far. They go beyond, even when you are not a paid customer yet :-) The documents and video's they have to explain how you have to do certain things within the app are very concise and super easy to follow. I hardly take the time to write reviews, but they honestly deserve one!

A great app, very easy to set up with excellent guides.
It's aesthetically pleasing (many other review apps I tried, looked awful and spammy on my website).

I got in touch with the developers as I was hoping to make some tweaks to how the reviews are displayed on my site to remove a few elements. Adrian replied very quickly and could not have been more helpful.

Just a follow up to my earlier review, as I've now been using the app for a few weeks. I had issues importing reviews using excel csv and Jamie was very patient with me and extremely helpful.
It's now working perfectly (using google docs instead of excel) and I couldn't be happier.
