TYDAL Product Reviews App

Looking Good so far - Sam from support was very helpful getting me up and running - I have been able to set up google shopping and cant wait to see reviews coming in ..

App wouldn't send review requests, so it never collected reviews. Customer support said they needed to be given access to my store in order to help--apparently they can't see what their app is doing on their end. I declined and was sent to another customer support team. In the end, I just deleted the app and switched to a better app for collecting reviews.

Counseling is friendly and responsive. I'm using this app well. Good! I'm looking forward to using it in the future.

I talked to Jamie about verifying my Brand's website on their app. She is great and helped me in every possible way.

The customer service at TYDAL was excellent, and you don't find that very often these days. Everything was verified and set up quick. I would recommend them to anyone with a store on Shopify.
