The best customer service that I've experienced, like ever... Mr. Pete exceeded my expectations and provided me with all the information I needed and beyond. I was considering canceling due to not being tech-savvy, but after chatting with Pete, I was ready to rock and roll with his incredible support. Thank you for helping this small business.

The app was easily customizable and navigate. I like the simplicity of the service as well. Abbie was wonderful with helping me and also recommended another Rivo product that i will be using as well.

I am currently using both Rivo Product Review and Email Pop-Up apps. Terrific apps that are really user friendly. Have had a few questions about getting more out of them and Paul was great at answering questions and was even kind enough to unlock some free features for me. Highly recommend getting the apps and then having a chat with the team for ideas.

Rivo is a cool app! Fairly easy to use and the support staff (especially Abbie) are very helpful. Abbie gave me some pointers on how to use the app and even gave me some free advice for my Shopify store. I totally appreciated her help!
