Awesome chat support, love the fact that you can directly custom the css of the widget so it can completely match the design of your shop. Documentation is well done. Importing reviews works good but it stays in pending status if you try with more than ~50/100 reviews at once.
Must-have features that I didn't find yet :
- Translation feature, currently my shop can be in french with english buttons.
- HTML editing to customize a bit more the widget.
For a free app it's perfect.
