TYDAL Product Reviews App

5 stars simply for the customer service so far. I may have to update this once I have everything integrated into my website and get some feedback from customers. However, my initial feelings are very positive. Again, my customer service experience with Jamie was beyond helpful. Their set up is straightforward and looks very professional so far.

A completely free app that is super easy to integrate into Shopify stores. The app can only be used in English. But that's not a problem because the menu navigation is written very simply. If you have any questions, you will be answered immediately in the chat - also in German.
Eine völlig kostenlose App, die super leicht in Shopify Shops zu integrieren ist. Die App ist nur auf Englisch bedienbar. Das ist aber kein Problem, da die Menüführung sehr einfach geschrieben ist. Bei Fragen wird im Chat sofort geantwortet-auch auf deutsch.

Sam was really helpful and kind. He answered quickly and tried to help me just as quickly. It's really cool, the guys are working on their program and I hope to see even more cool and iterative chips in the future. Thanks !

The setup is very easy and doesn't take long. I had a question and the customer service is excellent. Fast reaction time and the help was great.

Other apps charge as much as Shopify's monthly fee for a few features. No need for that! We just started working with them and we are very pleased. Easy organization, clean management and many features for free is a great advantage. Thank you.

Just discovered this app and I can already say it's worth adding to your store. Fastest customer service respond time with Adrian as support team. Removed branding and unlocked VIP features just in few seconds and the best part was, it's totally free. Can't wait to keep using this app and ultimately improving my store conversions

This isn’t my first review app I have used, but so far it does exactly what I need for a small business. I can’t yet afford the costly apps with all the bells and whistles, but this one hits the mark. It’s straightforward and reliable, and I’m more than happy with it. Plus, their support team is prompt, friendly, and super helpful
