Rivo is an amazing app that every store needs to have to capture users' reviews. The app is simple to install and use. To cap it up, customer service especially by Abbie is top notch and second to none. Abbie over-delivers with very simple and clear communication. I recommend Rivo app with =out any reservation. Bravo Abbie.

I installed this app to allow my customers to leave reviews for our subscription products. It was very simple to install and worked perfectly first time. The app allows customers to leave 5 star ratings, a bit of a review and photos of the products (which is a great extra bit of free advertising!). I also contacted their customer support to help with customising the app to my website. Abbie responded really quickly and helped me sort everything I wanted to do in the app. Fantastic support and a brilliant app! And its free! Amazing!

This is by far the best review app on this, store and I have tried a lot of them!! The customer support here is the best Paul was able to update colors and text I couldn't change on my store for me, that above and beyond help. I would recommend anyone looking for a reviews app to download this one right away! I couldn't be any more satisfied with how this looks on my website. Great app so far, I just opened my store and it was easy to integrate and looks good. Also, support is super responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to set up and clean app!

The Rivo review app is amazing, it really has transformed the look of my product page, it looks and great and is really easy to set up and use! The customer service and support is like no other! They Rivo team are very responsive and help with problems instantly, i needed some adjustments done today which a guy called Pete helped me with, Pete was extremely responsive and had the adjustments made within 10 mins, cant recommend this app enough! Thank you Pete and the team
