So far had good experience with the app and paul from the support team was super helpful and ill check out the other rivo apps

Customer service is great. quick response, and attentive. very friendly. Abbie was also helpful. one thing I don't like about the actual app is that it doesn't have much customization to help your brand/store stand out, just basic things

I just installed this app for my store which is pre-launch. So I cannot testify to it's usability and functionality at this time. However, for a free app it seems quite impressive. Tons of features at no cost and friendly customer service. I'll revisit this review after I've spent some time using it while my store is open.

Loving this app so far! Arianne was great. She removed the branding on the widget which by the way is an awesome boost for any store to look more professional, and it's free!

Pete was quick to respond and removed the branding and also upgraded the service. We are already using Rivo App for our other two stores, Vensha Studio International & Faneesha Lingerie. We always get prompt response from the team.

The app is easy to navigate and the service is really good and respond fast plus they'll give advice and any helpful info for you
