I have had issues with this app since it was set up. Now the reviews are not uploading on my website. The issues was escalated and was supposedly fixed, but after reviewing my website I have still having the same issue. I tried chatting with support over 4 hours ago but still no reply

The Customer support is fast and straight to the point. Pete from support even pointed out a few tips I could use to improve my website. This is the easiest way to add reviews to your website.

The system was very easy to understand. Abbie, a customer service rep was a great help, fast and easy to work with. For a free service this is excellent work.
