awesome app, only just installed it and the features ease of use and integration has me really excited about the sales growth and customer engagement this will bring. Also interacted with the Rivo support team, which was commendable as Paul was attentive, friendly and professional. I would fully recommend this to anyone

I would recommend this service because I had a great time getting setup with the app as Paul my chat agent helped me out with the entire app and was very professional and helped me out in everything I needed! Paul is the best agent on chat I have probably come across in the longest time

Once you uninstall the app, It just leaves their reviews there causing your site not to be usable for a day or 2 cause customers will see 2 reviews on your page one that you want and one from this supplier.

Issue was sorted promptly with Lea her service was exceptional!!!
