10/10 customer support, he was super nice and helpful and even gave me a tip and added a few features to my plan. The app works great (unlike others) and has a lot of features. It looks very clean, it's really underrated!

I tried some other Rivo apps and I was pleasantly surprised by them so I decided to switch up my reviews app to a rivo one too. I am also very happy with the customer support, thank you very much for Paul for helping me and for his patience.

This app is really practical it has all i need! The service that Abbie gave me was excelent and super quick and she was really kind! she mentioned some features that may help as well!

I tried several apps before and found Rivo and so far it has worked as intended on my Shopify store. The customer service was amazing as well.

Jeg har sjældent mødt sådan venlig og kompetent hjælp før. Abbie, som jeg chattede med, var meget imødekommende og professionel, og hjalp mig med at se min side igennem for blandt andet fejl og områder, der skulle rettes.
