Great service is being provided by Rivo, and they offer free service to begin with which is incredible

Paul was so super helpful and answered all my questions. This app will be so useful and I have to say the customer service is excellent!!! As a small business owner, having a great product review app is so useful to my business. Thank you so much, Paul!!! Amazing customer service!!!! :)

Product was not working properly, as the status of my reviews were not properly showing. They would not give a timeline for a fix, and their communication with me was spotty and they would go radio silent for long periods of time. I did not get the sense that they cared about my business at all. Issue was never resolved.

Abbie was terrific! I quickly spoke to two representatives (different apps) who were extremely helpful within a 30min window (shout out to quick replies ). Abbie was a delight to talk to! I won't ever hesitate to reach out to the Rivo staff!

the app is very easy to install. Chatted with customer support and it was very friendly. Didn't use the app yet as the store isn't launched.
