Just started using this app, but so far the customer service has been more than amazing! After install, they followed up with me via email to see if I need help setting the app up, and there is a chat feature in the app where you can chat with a live rep for assistance or questions. I worked with Jamie and they also gave me a helpful suggestion for my website completely unrelated to reviews. Love Tydal so far!!

Jamie, has been amazing. I really recommend this app. I have been using shopify for 5+ years and never leaved a review on a app. But they really deserved it

I'm rating the use of the app a 3 only based on I haven't seen it in action. But because of customer service I gave it a 5 she was very effective and efficient on top of humorous. Big Help JAMIE.
