Absolutely love the App, amazing customer service available at 11PM to help me and even provide additional valuable insight. The app supports translation which is great for Canadian merchants operating in QC.

Just started using this app, but so far the customer service has been more than amazing! After install, they followed up with me via email to see if I need help setting the app up, and there is a chat feature in the app where you can chat with a live rep for assistance or questions. I worked with Jamie and they also gave me a helpful suggestion for my website completely unrelated to reviews. Love Tydal so far!!

Will update later, as I just installed this app, but the customer service so far has been great. Sam was fantastic and granted me several perks that I didn't even ask for but really appreciate. I look forward to using Tydal for my future reviews!
P.S. An easy way to automatically import reviews from other platforms would be the best thing ever
