Product is good and easy to understand, and team response (Ms. Arianne) was also great and supportive, but Rivo app is a bit costly (14 days trial) for beginners as compared to judge.me (free plan forever) and Air app (avada) free.

I started the chat process by requesting that my store be added to the priority emailing. Pete was the representative to respond to my request. He was quick, proficient, and polite in completing my request. My experience with Rivo has been the same every time, as this was not my first use of the support team. I had help with both the Rivo Review and Rivo Pop-up and I have no complaints.

The App is exactly what I was looking for to have customers leave reviews along with pictures! Highly recommended for the App and Customer Service, the customer service is amazing the customer representative Abbie was absolute wonder, you just don't find customer service like this anywhere!

Great app! Easy and quick to install.

Arianne helped me remove the Rivo branding in no time flat! Great person to work with and very personable!

Later on, Abbie helped me out with a real quick task and helped me out greatly! This app has proven it's weight in gold. Helps to build that community around your brand!
