I had the pleasure of working with Jamie, she was extremely patient and pleasant at the same time. She was able to answer all of the questions that I had and was able to proactively set up my store with the app in just a couple of minutes. The app is very user friendly and have never had an issue with any of the features
You can also easily transfer over your reviews from a different app using a CSV file.
Also the customer service is really good, (Jamie) was very polite and helped solve my issue and even gave me some advice
