As soon I as install the app , I had a bit of a challenge, however this was solved in no time by Jamie on the Live Chat. The store reviews were up and running in less than 5 minutes. She also suggested one or 2 tweaks to my website which was remarkable. So far the service is excellent.

Hands down best support among any apps on Shopify. Sam was awesome, fast knowledgeable and happy to help.
The app itself is simple, robust and it provides everything I need (list reviews instead of grid, ability for customers to upload photo or video, and email reminders for customers to leave a review).
Easy 5 stars!
Update: I had some issues to show the reviews on the site (problems on my side, not the app), and Jaime was great. She was quick and well informed, tnx.
