Powerful app! You almost can find everything you need in the first stage of your ecommerce business, and the most important is that it is completely FREE! Highly recommended!

App wouldn't send review requests, so it never collected reviews. Customer support said they needed to be given access to my store in order to help--apparently they can't see what their app is doing on their end. I declined and was sent to another customer support team. In the end, I just deleted the app and switched to a better app for collecting reviews.

Counseling is friendly and responsive. I'm using this app well. Good! I'm looking forward to using it in the future.
