I am so incredibly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from Abbie when configuring my app. She was helpful - she took time to review my site and offer heartfelt suggestions for improvement. She answered all of my questions quickly and gave me great information. Abbie went above and beyond my expectations and has won my loyalty with Rivo. I'm excited to use their services as my business expands. She also connected with me on social media, which I thought was outstanding that their brand values meaningful customer relationships over forced sales.
