Still getting my head around Rivo Reviews App, but it is very easy to use and very customizable. Highly recommend! And the customer service is top class - I would give 10 stars if there was an option :) Jel was very helpful and even made a few suggestions to help improve our online store customization. Thanks a bunch!!! x

Can't believe this app is free. It does everything more expensive services like Loox can do for no cost! Also, the customer service is very nice, and they are a pleasure working with!

As regards "Rivo's Support Team", I feel speechless to describe how Friendly, Professional & Creative They're. I feel lost for words, especially after dealing with them. When you have an issue to solve, they don't only do what needed to fix it but they provide you the right method to upgrade your store!

Very easy setup of the app, in addition, the support is very fast and efficient. The prices for the subscriptions are really the best I can find in this category! Really top support and app

Very simple to set up and the live chat was helpful for any questions. The widget shows up immediately at the bottom of all product pages and there's an option to show the star rating beneath the product title. I'm excited that this app will automatically send emails requesting a review 14 days after purchase. And you can also import reviews from other sources using their csv template which is amazing.
