Abbie was of amazing help! This company has amazing customer service, they are totally free, and it is very easy to start collecting reviews from customers. Don't hesitate to install it! :)

I had initially tried to use another review app and it was a nightmare trying to embed it on the back end of Shopify, Rivo was seamless, and Pete assisted me quickly with anything I asked.

Can't thank you enough for making this so easy for me.

Great experience with the Mica on the Rivo customer chat! Quick response even in the early hours of the morning on a weekend when I was able to work on the updates. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend working with a Rivo app for your store. Thanks for your help!

Yaci made it very easy to navigate the app and removed the "powered by". She also taught me about changing the favicon. Amaing customer service.
