EXPECT TOP NOTCH PRODUCTS AND SUPPORT ALWAYS! Mica was the sweetest and she literally goes out of her way to help us out everytime. I already had Rivo Reviews app for a year and my whole-hearted trust goes to any Rivo apps on Shopify. This company is serious about your success and they make everything available for free. I unfortunately haven't had a great experience with this app. It's been 25 days since a review request has been sent and the tech team hasn't been able to solve the problem in that time. As a small business, reviews are so important to establishing a trustworthy brand, and I've missed out on hundreds of opportunities to establish that trust in the three weeks the app hasn't been working. I've communicated frequently wish customer service to no avail. If you're looking for an app to gather customer feedback, help build your brand, and for a customer service team that quickly resolves issues, then I'd look elsewhere.

I highly recommend this App, The UI is very nice and fast, removing the branding on the app was just as fast, when I spoke to customer service, I was connected to Paul who assisted me through everything! I am so glad I found this App!

So far so good. I haven't had much chance to use it to its full potential but their customer service is excellent. Pete was super helpful and got me set up properly.
I'll update the review if things change down the road but, so far so good.
