I’m not as tech savvy. In under a 10 minutes my problem was resolved and I was even invited to look into other options that will elevate my store

This app has been great and the customer service is very fast! Any time I have a question or request they always get back to me within minutes. The customer service I just received was top notch

Easy and fast to set up, we have been enjoying seeing our customers reviews on our products! I’ve also heard from a few that the reviews are catching their attention.

Sam with TYDAL support was extremely helpful with getting our watermark removed and setting up our emails!

We will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a good review app!

Great customer service and app is very well built! I used the chat to remove the 'Powered by Tydal' branding on the widget and not only did they remove it super quick, but they added me to their priority server queues and removed the email sending limit all for free! I've tried other apps but they didn't work for my needs and price range but Tydal has so many great things and is easy to work with for a great price.

I needed more help after leaving this review and they were super helpful by answering all of my questions and even showing me how to remove 'Powered by Shopify' and adding a favicon to your store so it will be more customized to my store.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I just used the live chat and I must say that Sam was amazing and helped me fix other things on my site that had nothing to do with the review system. I highly recommend it.

I wanted to express my deep gratitude to the Tydal team, especially Jamie, who assisted me step by step to resolve a complex issue. Jamie showed incredible patience and kindness throughout the entire process, which took an hour and a half. Thanks to her help, I was able to solve the problem I was facing, and she made the experience much more pleasant than I could have imagined.
