I just added TYDAL to my store and it was very easy to set up! Very intuitive and I'm sure it will be super helpful for my customers as well. I really like the option of customizing the review request email as well as the colors!
I had to contact support and had a great experience with the support staff, Adrian. Very friendly, helpful and quick responses. Definitely recommend the app.

So far I must say the app is working well. What I am really impressed with is the customer service though. I needed help solving a little problem I had and Mica (Customer Rep) went above and beyond to not only solve my problem, but also provide added valuable information that I wasted not time implementing. :-) Happy Camper
