I highly recommend this App, The UI is very nice and fast, removing the branding on the app was just as fast, when I spoke to customer service, I was connected to Paul who assisted me through everything! I am so glad I found this App!

Very easy to use and online support is fabulous. Arianne provided me some really useful other help related to my store also. Really impressed

So far so good. I haven't had much chance to use it to its full potential but their customer service is excellent. Pete was super helpful and got me set up properly.

I'll update the review if things change down the road but, so far so good.

Amazing customer service, always. Easy to set up, easy to use, you can even translate it via Translate & Adapt which is outstanding.

I would not think twice and just use this app!

Paul was super helpful in explaining the features on the Rivo reviews app and offered on his own to remove the rivo branding. Prompt and very friendly..look forward to leveraging the app to gather customer reviews and UGC!

I love the way the app looks on my shop! I've also installed their email pop up add and it's perfect. The person helping me (Jel) was very kind and helpful!
