If I could give 6 stars I would. I just used the live chat and I must say that Sam was amazing and helped me fix other things on my site that had nothing to do with the review system. I highly recommend it.

I first came across TYDAL while researching how to add product reviews to my Shopify store on YouTube. The content creator mentioned how user-friendly TYDAL is, so I decided to try it. The functionality truly lives up to the promise—it's incredibly easy to use! As a small store owner, I appreciated the initial setup being free, which helps me keep costs low while still maintaining a professional look for my business

Great customer service and app is very well built! I used the chat to remove the 'Powered by Tydal' branding on the widget and not only did they remove it super quick, but they added me to their priority server queues and removed the email sending limit all for free! I've tried other apps but they didn't work for my needs and price range but Tydal has so many great things and is easy to work with for a great price.

I needed more help after leaving this review and they were super helpful by answering all of my questions and even showing me how to remove 'Powered by Shopify' and adding a favicon to your store so it will be more customized to my store.

It was so nice to realize I was talking to a real human when I contacted support!
