The app was user friendly and easy to navigate. Betty, the one who assisted me, was fast and also took the initiative to share other customisation options. Rivo products and the support system is the best!

Really love Rivo and all the apps that they offer. I am really pleased with that they have to offer. I have used other apps that I actually ended up replacing with the Rivo apps for review, loyalty points, and emails/ website pop-ups. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve the quality of their store and making it more appealing and user friendly. 10/10!

App is super useful. Had a bit of issues at the start but the customer service was super fast and resolved my issues almost immediately.
