Abbie is so awesome, she addressed all of my concerns. The customer is great and I definitely recommend any of RIVO's apps for your store.

I love this app so much! Customer service is the best. Jel helped me with a question I had, and she was helpful and quick to respond. The app is also very easy to navigate. I'm currently on the free plan as that is all I need, but I will definitely upgrade in the future. I cannot recommend this app enough, I've had it downloaded since I started Shopify 4 months ago.

I would say that the app is pretty simple to use and the CSR is very quick to response. So far so good, I also got a suggestion in regards to my store something that I didn't really know about, which made so much sense to me when Pete suggested it with a link to Shopify Help and a picture diagram on how to do it which I am really amazed that now I know....I guess you learn something new everyday when you are building a Ecom store! Thank you Pete your customer service and delivery is on point!! YOUR AMAZING!
