Jel responded very quickly and was more than helpful. She helped with some app settings that I wasn't even aware of. Just started using the app. It already seems it's going to very well.

Only been using App for short time but the help I just received via the chat was excellent, concise and easy to follow. Jel was very helpful and provided me with additional info & help on other subjects that I was unaware of and will be of great help. Good work.

As a small business, I don't have all the funds to invest into a product review app so I was excited to see that Rivo was free to install onto my store. I wanted to removed the "Powered by Rivo" off of my store so I chatted with Abbie and she was wonderful! She was quick to answer my question and gave me some free upgrades. Definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a product review app!!

I've just downloaded the app to increase sales with some reviews from customers who purchased and I had a question I was able to get a response in no less than 30 secs from (Abbie) she was kind and helpful. She went out of her way to extend her hand with suggestions it was an amazing experience 10/10
