I am so incredibly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from Abbie when configuring my app. She was helpful - she took time to review my site and offer heartfelt suggestions for improvement. She answered all of my questions quickly and gave me great information. Abbie went above and beyond my expectations and has won my loyalty with Rivo. I'm excited to use their services as my business expands. She also connected with me on social media, which I thought was outstanding that their brand values meaningful customer relationships over forced sales. I'm hoping a brand ambassador program emerges because I can't wait to tell everyone about the amazing staff at this much-needed service app. Thanks again Abbie!!

An excellent app, that's all you need to create an excellent online store, the support is very nice, especially (Abbie) is an excellent employee, very professional and competent in whole I am very satisfied and can only recommend the app.

I absolutely love Rivo. The app works really well. The customer support is so amazing. They are so professional, nice, and helpful. Incredible. The app itself is really easy to use. Looks beautiful, displays really well, and there really isn't anything negative I can say. 10/10.
