The advice and help from Paul just makes my day in regards to building my brand and business!
I have Paul as my consultant today - He is absolutely helpful, professional and efficient! Not to mention he is also very nice.
As a business starter, he gives me confidence and incredibly useful information in just a short chart. Brilliant!! Thank you very much Paul!

Used to be great however over a month ago emails stopped being sent to my customers. I messaged Rivo but still not fixed Its been over a week with no update as to when it's being sorted. Looking to find a new platform now :(

I unfortunately haven't had a great experience with this app. It's been 25 days since a review request has been sent and the tech team hasn't been able to solve the problem in that time. As a small business, reviews are so important to establishing a trustworthy brand, and I've missed out on hundreds of opportunities to establish that trust in the three weeks the app hasn't been working. I've communicated frequently wish customer service to no avail. If you're looking for an app to gather customer feedback, help build your brand, and for a customer service team that quickly resolves issues, then I'd look elsewhere.

Very easy to use and understand for a new user. Guidance and help is readily available. I was assisted by MICA who was quick to give assistance when needed, she even managed to give me some tips regarding my store. Very thankful to Rivo and MICA. Thank you.

Pete was very helpful! I used this app to be able to give my customers a possibility to give my products a review. And so far it all looks very good and i am thankful for the help that i got from Pete!
