This app has been a game-changer for my store! It’s so easy to set up, and I love how it lets my customers leave reviews right on my site. The interface is clean, and everything works smoothly. Sam from the support team was incredibly helpful in getting everything up and running. Plus, it’s really helped build trust with new shoppers. Great Support Team. Sam on the Chat helped me with the initial set-up and removal of branding from the form promptly and in a friendly manner, plus gave me a couple of very useful tips!

It'd be great if you could update this, since only allowing one image per review isn’t very user-friendly. Like on Amazon, where people can upload multiple images instead of just one. If you can fix this, your software would be perfect!

I personally am technically challenged when it comes to apps and computer work but with TYDAL the process was simple. The offer a 24/7 chat line which puts me more at ease knowing that there is always someone on the other end to assist me. They are so quick and efficient with their responses. I'd definitely recommend TYDAL to those who need an easy set up and on the go staff. Thank you
