Having only just added this app to my store I cannot comment on how well it is working at the moment for me, but the customer service I have received so far from Sam was exceptional I am sure I will be in contact with them again to fix something for me :) once I have had the chance to utilise the app I will update my review.

I personally am technically challenged when it comes to apps and computer work but with TYDAL the process was simple. The offer a 24/7 chat line which puts me more at ease knowing that there is always someone on the other end to assist me. They are so quick and efficient with their responses. I'd definitely recommend TYDAL to those who need an easy set up and on the go staff. Thank you

Really good & fast service. The app is also free and has a lot of options. A nice review app for any store i recommend it. Customer service (Adrian) was also really helpfull!

Amazing App and Exceptional Support!

I’ve been using the TYDAL app, and I have to say it’s absolutely amazing to work with! As a newcomer and small business owner, I was worried about navigating everything, but their customer service went above and beyond to help me out.

I wasn't able to figure out how to get the star ratings on my product grid by myself, so I messaged Tydal support and in jumped Sam from support like superman!

Sorted it out in minutes, went through the liquid section, found the right spot based on my themes code and had my stars lookin real good.

Honestly, the best support team ever. Thanks Sam and team Tydal!!

Great Support Team. Sam on the Chat helped me with the initial set-up and removal of branding from the form promptly and in a friendly manner, plus gave me a couple of very useful tips!
