As soon I as install the app , I had a bit of a challenge, however this was solved in no time by Jamie on the Live Chat. The store reviews were up and running in less than 5 minutes. She also suggested one or 2 tweaks to my website which was remarkable. So far the service is excellent.

Had a great experience so far! The support staff Jamie is very helpful and the entire expeirence has been good. I recommend this.

Happy at first easy to set up.
After 3 weeks all I can say is I'm disappointed. the only feature of app is to leave a review on the website products. I have escalated that to the team as it seems impossible to upload reviews. 3 weeks pass by and they still trying to fix the issue... no progress .
