The application has a top notch support. The chat is available and you can get a response right away. Abbie helped me to remove the Rivo brand and gave me additional useful advice and information regarding my website. The app is working properly sending review requests to customers, which are very important for any business. The app interface it’s easy to navigate and use. I highly recommend

I love this ap, the virtual assistants have always been super helpful too, telling me about other free products which might be suitable for me, I also love that its free to use as I'm a start up & then when you start gathering more revenue you can upgrade to extra features - I think this is a very clever marketing strategy & I will be upgrading to extra features as soon as I can - well done

The app has everything I need and would want as a small business owner. I ran into a bit of confusion with getting everything set up the way I wanted but the live chat made it super easy for me to get immediate help and the agent I spoke with, Mica, was kind and had every answer + solution I needed right at her fingertips. 10/10!

I would recommend this review app to anyone with a business. it's easy to navigate and easy to allow customers to leave reviews. very easy to understand and installing the app was not an issue.

I would recommend this app based solely on the level of customer service I received from Jel today. She was very helpful and thorough in assisting me with my initial request. She also provided recommendations that I can put in place that will benefit me in the long run.

This app was easy to figure out and add to my Shopify store. I'm still starting up so don't have a ton of reviews, but it's been easy to use as they trickle in. The customer support is outstanding as well, which is extremely handy for being a new business owner!

Not only that but the app is really well built, it gave clear instructions of what to do and where to go. It was also very easy to navigate through and it really brings life to your website. I highly recommend this app to old and new drop shippers.

Just an Awesome. I downloaded the app for the sake of reviews. First i thought it will help only in comment but this app helped me not only in comments but also give me access to unlimited emails in free plan. now i belied that my store will grow in better ways.
