Really love this app so far and the support team was super helpful! I would highly recommend it for any store.

App disappeared all of a sudden. This is the error message "thimatic-apps.com unexpectedly closed the connection" It's been more than 14 hours now. No way to contact them

always supportive with any issues. they have a very quick turnaround, easy communication, and kind staff. please just fix the weird border glitch so i dont have to contact support each time :) everything else is wonderful!

reply in under 1 min. they helped me with everything. great job, guys! keep it like that!! you can add some codes for liquids in your app and it will be perfect

We use the paid version of this app on a few stores but have noticed a decrease in support. In truth the only reason to use a paid version of an app isn't for functionality but because of the support. For the last week we had tried to get support adding the app correctly to the product pages and adding reviews via cvs file but couldn't get the format correct. After 5 days of no help on the install issue we figured it out our selves but we couldn't get the cvs file format correct so we requested support formatting the file and emailed them a copy of our original file. We got 3 emails from support telling us to format the file before uploading it and we sent multiple emails saying that we tried that and can't get it which is why we need support.

I recently started using this app. I had an issue with the stars not showing up under the product title and on the collections page. I emailed the developers and it was resolved in less than 24 hours. Thanks!

Recommend this app to anyone who wants to showcase their reviews and have it set up however in a way thats suitable for your specific needs. Customer support is fantastic and got back to us under 10 minutes. Live chat helps you out while youre waiting, with every detail you wish to customise. They helped us customise everything according to our wishes and it went so smooth. Cant recommend them enough. 10/10 if possible

Anyways, the features & prices are great.

It's one of the cheapest review apps here on the Shopify AppStore with the same features of expensive review apps.
