Pretty good but the features are a little limited on the free plan. Would be awesome if you could increase the features available to free.

現行のレビューアプリから移行する必要があったので、こちらを選びました。
日本語には対応してなく、移行時に旧アプリからレビューを移す際にCSVファイルを上手く読み込まないというエラーが出ましたが、素晴らしいサポートでクリアすることができました。

無料でも十分レビューアプリとして機能しますし、追加機能やデザイン変更をしたければ有料に切り替えることもできます。
完全に設定するにはもう少しですが、問題なく運用できそうです。

Thanks to Rivyo and customer support. They did really great job for my store after making a long email conversation they clarified everything.

I had problems with the app, so I asked the Rivyo team for help...after a couple of emails, Jonny P helped me to set up the app properly and now it works. It really looks good on our website and I am sure that it will improve our traffic and sales. Thank you so much Jonny for your patience and quick emails...So, all of the newbies who are afraid of setting up apps, don't hesitate to ask for help, the Rivyo Team is fantastic! Feedback 2: I had another problem with the email template and contacted the team...I got an email response quickly and Jigs sorted out the problem...thank you for getting back fast, really appreciate the great customer service!
