The developers have been very, very helpful. I've had issues when I do other updates to my store and the review stars go missing from the top of my product pages and collection pages and they have been able to add them back in. They are very patient and willing to help you solve any issues. Very pleased.

I appreciate the review and Q&A sections in this app, which allow for effective communication with customers. The responsiveness of Rivyo's customer service and development team is commendable, as they promptly address any bugs that arise. During my two years of using this app, we encountered only one bug, which was swiftly resolved within a day.

I have been using the app for quite some time. It is really easy to use. I imported more than 4000+ reviews from our Amazon Account. This helped build the instant social proof required as we migrated to Shopify. The team is really helpful with responding to all the queries and solving any issues we have. Very easy to use, clear, intuitive interface and very good customer service. I had a problem, contacted them and they responded very quickly. Within a few hours it was solved and very friendly. Affordable price and free trial. I highly recommend it!
