I use this app to have reviews on each of my stores, easy to use, not expensive and great customization and support.
Great customer support. Super fast response and assistance in installation of the app. I wish there was more customization to the email template available tho. Like overall look of the template. Hopefully it'll be available at the next update. Thanks for your help :)
The customer service of this app is incredible! I give them not just 5 starts but a million stars! This is the second time I have been having issues that I couldn't resolve and although it happened that they were on holiday, New Year to them, they still are working and helping their customers. I wish more apps would have this type of customer service, where you can just chat with them and they resolve everything. Amazing app, amazing customer service! This app is a keeper, it does exactly what it is supposed to do and more. Get it, and you will not be disappointed, it is well worth the money!

it let me add reviews for 3 products and then just stopped working, now I cannot import anything. I click submit review after filling in all the details and its just processes forever.

We got your ticket before 20 hours and we replied you within 20 minutes when we got tickets to give us staff account access so we can help you to solve this problem.
