Great app that works without issue, adds functionality to our store, and receives updates and attention from the developer. What I like most is that it's built to grow with your business, offering a taste of the app via the free plan, and remains accessibly priced as my business grows.

I have been using this app for years on my shop now and it has been simply amazing. It is the best reviews app I tried and because of that I have stuck with it for so long. I love the customizable features offered and how much you are able to do even on the free plan. I wanted this app to help upgrade my reviews and be able to automatically reach out to my customers for them once their order has been delivered. I reached out for assistance because I was initially having trouble fully integrating the new app and the customer support went above and beyond my expectations. The customer support has always been quick, extremely helpful, and responsive anytime I have had an issue on my website. I absolutely love this app and I'm so glad I decided to purchase it! Such an amazing apps for beginners who are just starting, I have tried trustoo, ali reviews, and other apps but their free plan had a lot of limitations which is not the case here.
