Have connected and re-connected it shows its updated but no orders ever populate. Doesn't work unless you create and manually enter an order in the app

Connected my Shopify store, but no orders are being populated.
edit 1* (moved from 1 star to 3) In the top right corner of the "Orders" tab, there is a toggle called "Group." I turned this toggle to the off position and my orders showed up. I will add more to this review as I explore the app.

constant updates break the app every time
