We have loved having route! It's great for our customers to have them easily be able to get a replacement/refund if anything goes wrong with their shipment. Especially around the holiday season. Most of them have been adding route to their purchases which helps our customer service team as well.

Love these guys! We were having some issues with product being damaged by careless shipping and these guys have been saving us! Great investment for our business.

We have been very happy with the Route Protection Package for our customers. The response time has been great, and the claims get resolved quickly. As the merchant, we really like the support we receive from our customer success manager. Having the Route business review and going over customer feedback was valuable, too.

Route has been a great support to our business. Their help in providing assistance to our customers who deal with the frustrating experience of lost, stolen, or damaged packages has been invaluable. Route has also saved us a GREAT deal of time, stress and money with these incidents as well. I actually can no longer imagine running my business without Route, and I'm very grateful for all of the one-on-one assistance Route has provided us in the past 3-4 years.

I've been partnered with Route for 2+ years and have appreciated not only their primarily services within their tool, but their admirable support + partnership. It's great having the opportunity to not just enjoy working alongside a partner, but growing with a partner, while understanding each other's aches, growing pains and growth plans. Route was incredibly easy to set up in our store. We have already used Route for 3 of our customer's who had issues with the delivery of their packages with no issue! At first I thought it was too good to be true but their service is completely free and every store should use Route to minimize customer shipping issues.
