Perfect, a slight hiccup during installation but I contacted the support and got a reply the same day with the solution. The app seems to work great and has a very sleek new UI design. The support team was kind and very helpful with any questions I had. I have not needed to make a insurance claim yet but I feel in safe hands with the Route team

Excellent communication. 100% customer satisfaction. Incredible peace of mind for me as the business owner knowing that if/when a problem arises, Route will handle it with minimal or even no involvement required from me.

Pretty great for what it does. We haven't had any issues with it really and our customers really seem to like it. We've only seem one or two actual claims come through but both were handled quickly and the customers were happy!

Very solid, always looks for solutions and response time and resolution has gotten much quicker since we started! We have a really fabulous rep, Katie, who has been extremely helpful with solving issues. We have a unique product that requires extra attention with shipping/damage issues and she's gone above and beyond to make Route work for us. We really love Route!

Amazingly useful app, no more are the days of sitting on hold with USPS, hunting down packages, sending customers through the wringer with some of these pesky shipping companies, and dare I say the end of friendly fraud! They're very easy to get into contact with, ask questions, get things done, and they make it so easy to send our customers directly to them! Our rep, Aaron is very prompt and incredibly helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone using a Shopify store, especially if you have issues with shipping, packages being lost, etc. Thanks Route!!

Route has been an amazing addition to our company. When items are shipped we have no worries because they are always there to help our customers solve their problems should there be any in case of shipping companies losing or damaging packages.
