This app is amazing! Rozio actively helps my customers with any questions about my website or products. I have customers around the world so it being able to answer in different languages is key. In the past I had to use google translate and had to answer questions in chat myself.
Now rozio handles all of this by itself. I just read the messages everyday.
Set up was pretty easy. Few button clicks and it was ready.
My favorite feature is the custom instructions. i taught rozio how to recommend sizes based on height and weight and it does that really well.
