Fantastic support - they go above and beyond. I am waiting on full use of the app. If it is as good as their service. I will change to 5 stars.

Great app working perfectly! They are adding many new features and improving the overall experience. Also the customer service is top notch, We are now using it in 2 different stores, highly recommended!

Great shipment tracking app. Works as expected and generates additional revenue. Team is responsive and always helps with any inquiries.

We moved all our 9 stores from Aftership, and before that 17track to Rush! The tracking app is a great addition to the store! We made an extra $ from the upsell we have added on the tracking page and Klaviyo flows! Really easy to integrate with Klaviyo and their team built custom shipping flows for us. The information they provide with the advanced report is incredible. We only wish we had found it faster.

The RUSH team is super helpful and responsive to all of our request and queries! We have installed an order tracking widget on our stores and it has helped us to reduce the amount of emails sent to our CS asking about the whereabouts of their parcels. Overall, super good experience will recommend!

Glad to have it! Easy to set up, works great with other apps and the sleek style is an added bonus. Their customer support staff is awesome and helps us out whenever we encounter an issue or have a general question. Also, saves us a lot of trouble from the customer side of the tracking progress. All in all, will use for future stores and for anybody wondering, make sure to grab it :)

I am amazed by how well this app is performing! It is build to help boost conversions unbelievably. The tracking page is impressive and made my customers super happy with the overall experience. It's super easy to use, and it's making money on the fly by using shipping notifications via email and SMS. I highly recommended it.
