I have trust issues. I was struggling with orders and looking for a fulfillment service for over 5 years, and not one could accurately explain to me how much it was going to save or cost my business...until someone pointed me in the direction of Whiplash. I literally traveled to their shipping center and delivered my products by hand, and they are a small, highly organized, honest, and cost-effective solution. I've been able to spend the 20+ hours of work spent on shipping on what matters, developing good products.

The entire team at Whiplash has been fantastic since the first day we started working with them. Their service is impeccable and are always willing to help by promptly answering emails and phone calls. James, Sean and team at Whiplash have been extremely helpful to work with from the start. This was our first experience with product fullfillment, so we did our due dilligence and researched and interviewed all the Shopify-integrated options . Some we found to be mega-fullfillment houses that we would get lost in the shuffle, and others never got back to our call or email. Whiplash was on it from the get-go.
