We love Whiplash. Worked with several other fulfillment houses in the past, and Whiplash is by far the best. They are trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and have amazing customer service. They always work with us when special requests come in. They are progressing on everything from tech stuff to pricing. I couldn't recommend them more.

Whiplash has been a very pleasant surprise. The simplicity, speed, and reliability of their operation is unmatched, and I've either used or evaluated almost every other fulfillment service out there. Please don't use Whiplash if your Shopify store is in competition with mine, because then I would lose the competitive advantage that Whiplash provides. If, on the other hand, you are selling something completely different than I am, and if you want to save money and time while having a totally pleasant experience, then you might want to give them a try.

I've been using whiplash for about 8 months, they've been awesome. The process of taking orders and posting them out becomes completely automated – I've saved so much time!

Whiplash Merch is a dream come true for a small business. As an independent self-publisher we took on a lot of the fulfillment services in the beginning, including hand packing and shipping every order as it came in. Whiplash has created a world where that part of the order process just happens! It works and it's magical. Having unfulfilled orders hanging over your head not only creates stress but takes away from time that you could spend making new products. Whiplash has helped free up our time to focus on the business aspects we love. They're great at their job, reliable, trustworthy, and always on top of it with any questions or concerns. We love them and are so thankful they exist!

We've been using Whiplash for Shopify since January and it's worked flawlessly. This year they've processed 1600 orders for us. Inventory at Whiplash is automatically updated in our app when restocks arrive, and we receive email notifications for out-of-stock items and returned orders. The questions I had were answered quickly via email as well. Easier to use than any other fulfillment setup we've tried.

Oh my God, I have my life back! Thanks to Whiplash and their shopify app I no longer spend every waking minute packaging and shipping my stuff! This works great!

I've been using the Whiplash App and fulfillment service for over 2 years now. I am currently using the DogPatch, San Francisco warehouse location for Whiplash, and could not be happier with the service provided there. Ray at DogPatch Whiplash is over the top excellent with staying on top of every little issue that pops up from time to time whether it be on the customer order side of things or on the inventory side of things. With Whiplash and the DogPatch warehouse handling all of our product fulfillment needs, I am free to focus on all of the other areas of the business that need my attention.
