Ryviu: Product Reviews App

Um lixo mesmo pagando o plano não funciona direito , suporte ninguém resolve fala que a culpa é do tema , ficam arrumando desculpas , não recomendo ....

I have been setting up my store for the past year and have tried other Review Apps during the process. Each time I try an alternative to Ryviu, I regret the move and come back to Ryviu. It is for me the review App that provides me with comparable reviews to other well known large brand shopping websites both in quality and numbers. Customer support replies promptly and made changes as I needed within a reasonable time. Great App, Great support!

Powerful plugin with very helpful support! This app does exactly what it promises, and the features are robust. On top of that, their support team is quick to respond and very patient in solving any issues. Highly recommended!

J'ai essayé plusieurs appli shopify liée aux commentaires. Ryviu est de loin la meilleure d'entre elle. Intuitive, très facile d'utilisation et de mise en place des paramètres. Mention spéciale à Mai qui à su répondre à mes besoins de manière rapide et efficace (comme tout le reste de l'équipe).

It might be due to our theme but I struggled to get the Rich Text from the reviews to work. In addition the lack of existing language translation to Swedish and the missing feature of sending emails to customers with orders before the email automation was configured will probably lead to finding another app that fulfill our requirements. Otherwise it seem like a good app.
