I am currently using the Ryviu app and I like it. It is customizable and I like that you can use it to import reviews manually from Aliexpress. I highly recommend it.

Selina and Dan from chat support are great.
The app works properly, the assiestance is great and they are always available,
also great is the import system via url

Recently switch from Loox due to their limited customization on both email templates and widget design. Ryviu was a smooth transition as they accept csv imported reviews. We did have a few customization speed bumps but the support was top notch. Dan took extra care of our widget and couldn't be happier.

Great tool, ran into it by chance.
