Just trying the app for the first time. After some problems regarding the integration with shopify I contacted support via chat. They support is amazing. They answered all my questions and they even were able to log in my store as staff in order to fix the problem.

Excelente atendimento. Fui atendida pela Iene. Estava com dificuldades para importar os comentários via CSV, não estava conseguindo nem a pau, rs. Entrei no chat para tentar descobrir onde eu estava errando e fui muito bem atendida.

Eu estava usando outra plataforma de reviwes, resolvi migrar para a RYVIU por indicação e foi a melhor coisa que eu fiz.
